    star wars complete saga

    I have just started trying to backup star wars to my hdd, but every time I start DVDFab, it just continues trying to open the blu-ray source. The discs are region B. I do not have access to the logs at the moment.

    I am aware that there are several threads on this topic, but thought that there might be something I haven't tried.

    Any help or updates would be greatly appreciated.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

        Hi,

        Please update firmware of your BD driver and have a try!

          After restarting and reinstalling, the movies have copied completely.

          The issue, whatever it was, has been solved.
