Problem with Gladiator G51B

I try to copy Gladiator Blu-ray to a disc 25 GB.
I made the backup in the hard drive first in full size, so the next time I load the backup with Virtual Drive program, I try reduce the backup to a 25 GB disc in another hard drive, the program indicate a ratio of 56%, so I made click the start button, and almost inmediatly I recived the next code error:

Task_1 failed! Error=401
The code list showed the next message:
401 DVD_Error_QualityUnreachable

How I can remove options (audio, subtitle) in the movie to improve quality and avoid the problem?

I use the next program to do this:

DVDFab 8.1.9.6
DVD Virtual Drive 1.3.2.0

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
CPU: Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor 2.1 GHz
RAM: 4 GB DDRII
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB

How about compress it to BD25 directly from real BD disc?
