error when ripping 'Jumper'

hi all,

ive just purchase dvdfab6 bluray after a few days using the trial no problems.

just my luck the 1st bluray i try with my purchased version cause windows error "dvdfab has stopped working" as soon as it attempt to open the disc

i attempting to rip 'Jumper' which i believe uses BD+

dvdfab 6.2.0.5
AMD Pherom II x4 945
4GB
WIN 7 PRO x64

any idea's?

Try version 6.2.1.0 beta it helped my BD+ problems

ive installed 6.2.1.0 and i can now open the BD

but

as soon as it starts to rip, i again then the error.

ignore that last post, i cleaned the disc, rebooted and its appears to be working.
