Add language to remuxed 3d bluray

If i choose Main movie option copy as bluray 3d 24gb.. can i remux only the m2ts file with a new language ? Will the SIS folder be corrupted ?

Do not support 3D Blu-ray copy remux external subtitle yet.
DVDFab MediaPlayer supports external subtitle. You can try it and sorry to tell you that it does not support playing as 3D, which is on our doing list.
