DVD / Bluray > Write > DVDFab Burning Engine
DVD/Bluray > Write > Bluray > Writable media size = 23866

Result:

Hi superduper,
Please go to common settings->DVD/Blu-ray->Write, check the Blu-ray Writable Media(BD-25) size. It may be "23866 (BD-R,BD-RE formatted without spare areas)" in your setting. Change it to 23000 and try again.
