I used Blu-ray Copy (Main Movie) to rip a movie to my hard drive. The ISO file is 23.9 GB. I then inserted a blank Blu-ray used Blu-ray Copy (Full Movie) and clicked BD25 so as to fit on the single blu-ray. After processing and burning the blu-ray only had 5 GB of info. I then tried using v. 8.2.0.6 twice and it did the same thing. I then tried v. 8.1.9.0 and it worked correctly creating a 23 GB blu-ray. I believe there is a problem with the v. 8.2.0.6 & 8.2.0.8 software.
