An unknown error has occurred

Was tring to backup 50/50 and Chronicle but everytime when it scans the disc it comes up with unknown error and check for newer version. I backup a movie earlier today with no problems. Just started having a problem recently. Does anyone know if the server is down or some other problem?

I have just created a thread with a similar thing.
Backing up a 3D disc,any previously backed up discs in 3d are recognised fine but any 3D discs I am putting in for the first time is not coming up and then i get a message unknown error please check for a newer version.

This happened around 9pm BST.

Same problem

I have the same issue with every disc I tried even with discs that I did in the past.I tried uninstalling the program then I reinstalled it didnt change the problem.Does anyone know why the program stopped working???

I did a reboot and all seems to be working at this time might of been a server maintenance outage.

can anyone else confirm that after rebooting they are not seeing that unknown error message and everything is working good?

just to confirm its working now for me although im still having an issue with shrinking drive angry ( i have put this in another thread )
