Something gone wrong with 3d discs

Something very strange has happened tonight.

I have been succesfully backing up my 3d discs but tonight I tried drive angry and bluray copy is not recognising a disc in drive D I get a message saying unknown error occured please check if theres a new version.
So I checked all my discs and any 3d film I have previously backed is recognised but the many other 3d discs i have yet to back up are not being recognised.

The odd thing is Drive angry was recognised initially and i made a mini iso that was mounted onto virtual drive but when it was encoding to be backed up onto disc it got stuck at 61.49% so i cancelled and restarted it and thats when the problem occured.

The disc doesnt show up in the source box but i do get the message

unknown error occured please check if theres a new version.

This happens to any 3d disc that I have never tried to back up before but the ones i have previously backed work and i get this type of log.

Im not that technically minded so all this info tells me nothing but hope it tells you whats happening.

OK that seems to have cleared up and the disc is now recognised,some have said it may have been a server down last night but I am left with the same initial problem that drive angry wont go past the 61.49% mark..the time remaining goes to zero and the time elapsed keeps on going around..I have checked the disc for marks and theres no marks or scratches.
Its a 2d/3d disc but so was gnomeo and juliet and that worked fine..is there any known issue with drive angry or anything i can do to help it get past 61.49%?
I can get the whole disc on my computer but its when I am trying to compress it down to fit on a 25gig disc that it fails..it seems the rencoding cant get past 61.49%.
