Perfect for 3 months and now trouble with "The League"

Everything was smooth with QT 8.1.9.0 for a few months but for some reason I could not do a "full disk" copy on the League Season One so I had to painstakingly do each and every episode with extras.

Now, Seasons Two of The League will do neither, what is up?

DVD Rip

I have attempted using the DVD Ripper to rip seasons 1 & 2 and it starts fine and then just stops around 45%.
