Having problems with V. 8.2.1.2 latest version.
Can't backup ''The Avengers Blue Ray DVD'' tried twice and wasted 2 blue ray disc.
Choppy picture and no sound....any suggestions?

Havent tried to back mine up yet.
How does it play thru PC before putting it on disc? (Blu Ray or DVD)

Sorry Moderator.
The ISO would play well on the PC but not the DVD Backup on the Samsung Blu Ray player.
I re-Downloaded V 8.2.1.2 and backed up to the main C. drive as appose to the external 7.200rpm 2TB drive and all was fine, it played beautifully.
Don't know if any of those things salved the problem but it's working, that's what matters.
