3D Copy copy 3D to Hdd

I am a little lost on what I should be doing, I want to copy a blueray 3D movie to my HTPC, HDD. I have no need to compress and just want to store in (TS) ? as I do with all my dvd's
1-Blueray copy -Main Movie- Does not give me any 3D options. (will this copy 3D)
2-Blueray Copy- full disk- A-- This gives me the option of copy as Blu-ray 3d
B-- Copy as 2D ( I know not to use this )
C--Convert to Blueray SBS 3D
I am not sure which to use, A or C or if both are wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Select "Copy as 3D" option in Fulldisc or Main movie.
1. Please set DVDFab burning in Common Setting first when you target to an ISO file.
2. Please mount the .miniso file to VD by DVDFab Virtual Drive v1380 or later if you target to a folder.
And I also recommend to use the Clone (1:1 backup the BD) in BD Copy.
