    Main Movie Backup Errors

Hello all...been a happy user of DVDFab for a couple years for backing up my DVD movies. I'm attempting to backup my first BD's...Iron Man & Apocolypto.

    OS - Windows 7 64bit
    RAM - 8GB
    CPU - Core2 Quad Q6600
    Bluray - LG 8x WH08LS20

The same problem happened with both movies.

First i did a full disc rip to a folder.
Then in main movie mode i used that folder as a source, and then Target as an ISO...using BD25. The compression was about 30GB --> 23GB. The process started, almost finished...and then DVDFab crashed. This happened on both blurays.

Here was the internal log up to the crash on Iron Man:

Try it with your GPU acceleratiion turned off.

Well...i upgraded to the newest beta, and it worked for Iron Man with GPU acceleration off! Apocolypto worked on the 3rd try.

      What does GPU acceleration do?

      thanks

It's supposed to speed up the process by offloading some of the workload to the GPU, but some cards/drivers seem to have problems.

          Gregiboy -

Thanks for the reply, apocolypto did not work with GPU off...but worked with it on. Iron Man was the opposite. Any explanation for that? I'll be trying more of my blurays shortly and see how they work.

          thanks again for the advice.
