Update not working

The new update for "PROMETHEUS" 8215QT keeps saying BD+ Protection is not supported for now!

Tryed uninstalling and re-installing 8215QT with same results!

Im left with coasters on all 3 of these new uk 3d releases.
Whats happening?
The discs are all recognised using 8.2.1.5 and they burn successful but playing them back on my LG 3D stand alone the warnings come up and then its a black screen.
Im backing up older films fine so its not my player,my writer or the discs at fault.

Can someone tell me if this is a decryption issue and if so when will the updates be ready to sort this out.

I don`t know about the UK version, but on the US version 8208 works great on Avatar and Wrath Of the Titans 3D(movie only). don`t have Prometheus, so can`t say on that one. Good luck.

Havent tried movie only yet linjec,it might be worth giving it a go when i have a few hours to spare..thanks for the info

I have noticed if i use picture search fast forward on my player the picture is there but when you play it back its barely moving frames,jerky movement then back to blank screen..playing on computer in power dvd the disc plays fine without jerky movements...is this to do with how im burning them or a fault with dvdfab programme settings?
all my previously backed up discs play fine on my standalone player and the original films play perfectly also.
I have only had this issue since i upgraded to v8.1.2.5.

this time I tried doing just the film and even switched off lightning recording and the same problem happened..I do believe theres an issue with this latest version of dvdfab and 3d backup of newest films in uk..

8215QT Update not working

I've D/L 8215QT again and after install it pops up with window that says DVDFAB will check for newer version, click okay and nothing happens!

Have been trying to backup "PROMETHEUS" and all I get is window poping up saying new BD+ protection is not supported for now!

Has this movie not been addressed yet? If so, the update from the fourm for me is still not working!

Also tryed 9003 beta and it gives the same message, not supported at this time!(BD+protection)

The movie came out on the 10th October, now the 17th! I thought that was FAB's main purpous, is to remove protection, so the movie can be backed up!

If theres a problems on my end, let me know! 7 days and counting, I think this has been the longest its took for any movie yet!

Maybe to much time being spent on V9 instead of removing protection! I'm saying this because I keep getting the same message, if its working for everyone else, maybe someone can at least post that it works, and which Version! Then maybe a solution can be wroked out so I can backup this movie!

The fix works on the two disk set and the 3 disk 3D set, the single disk from walmart seems to have a different protection. it has been said that they are working on it just be patient, I have seen on other forums that it is giving them trouble to.
