I'm using the latest trial version. In a number of attemps I'v only gotten one burn. Almost always it says it can't find the internet. Does the software have any special timing requirments? I have an exceptional slow connection.

Yes, I understand that. However the software can't seem to reliably find the server. Any suggestions would be welcome.

If you have an exceptionally slow connection as you say, the connection attempt to the server may be timing out. I haven't seen any other reports of this problem so a faster Internet connection may be your best bet.How to post the internal log
