Blu ray will not finialize

Recently, I have tried to copy several Blu ray disks larger than 25 G (from 25 G to 30G) and the process will not compete. I get the error code 123 - which I understand means that it did not finalize. I have tried both V8.2.1.5 QT and the new V9 Beta. Why?... What do I need to do? Thanks.

Please try switching your burn engine from the VSO to the DVD Fab burn engine in the settings page.
Do you also have a burn log where as there was an actual burn, it will be longer that the one you posted.

Well, it still didn't work. DVDfab burn failed too. I switched back to VSO because it is what I had been successfully using on 25g disks. This time it burned about 33G of a 33.5G burn and quit. It gave me an error code of 116.
