    Some discs won't copy MKV

    Hi
I'm running 8.2.1.5 but the version doesn't matter because the problem has occurred in every version I've had. I will start the copy process the same as usual, Blu-Ray Ripper>MKV (remux) and it will start the process. About 25% of the time the progress will stall at around .15% complete and never go any further. If it gets past about .50% I'm home free. When it stalls, I resort to copying using the Blu-Ray Copy>Main Movie method and that works 99% of the time. I like MKV files over the M2TS files that the second method produces because more devices can play the MKV file, plus they are a bit smaller while having the same high quality. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem. The most recent movie that this occurred with was today trying to copy The Amazing Spider-Man.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Please try the latest build 8218 and have a try! Set Software as decoder & encoder in Common Setting.

If still reproduced please post the internal log file. Thanks!
