BDAV discs still getting silent movies

I still only get silent movies when I use DVDFab 8218 qt to copy BDAV discs created on my Panasonic DMR BW780EBK blu-ray recorder.

I am pleased that 8218 now gives me a playable Blu-ray output disc, but I too have no audio, Logs attached as requested.
