DVD 9 Release copy Only partially registers

Sorta registers. My BD Copy, etc, "extra" stuff I've purchased shows I'm a "Trial User" when I'm not.

Also did not install correctly, nothing added to Quick Launch or Desk Top.

Opened for first time it says "Failed to launch last time". There wasn't a "last time" it was my FIRST time.

Stop demoting fab on other fourms you should be a loyal customer stop trying to scare others away from fab products
