Hi,
Did you want to play the movie on PS3 (support Cinavia), or other player (not support Cinavia)?
See my screenshot:
If you want to play the movie on the player which supported cinavia, please check the check-box.
If you want to play the movie on the player which not support cinavia, please don't check the check-box.
So don't the Cinavia protection.

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

What player do you use?
You can try our DVDFab Media Player to see the result, it doesn't have cinavia dectection.
