    Can't access internet

    Trying to rip/convert American Pie Reunion.

    Comes up cannot access internet when trying to open disc

    Had same issue with previous versions - was on 8.2.1.5 before. Tried with 8.2.2.0 aswell.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Please make sure you have active Internet connection when opening DVDFab and when opening a Blu-ray disc.
      DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.

        Apologies if this comment sounds a bit sarcy or rude - its not meant to... Ermm I was able to post to this forum.... and download dvdfab so I clearly have an internet connection...

          It has to be an always on connection and if it is make sure your firewall is not preventing sending the information to the server.

            Quoting whats in the log is fine but I have opened other discs fine before and after trying to open this one. I had also been trying to open this disc on and off for several hours. I wanted to ensure the decryption database wasn't offline as before when I've had trouble opening BDs it was due to the online database not being online.
            Unless the online db is gigabytes in size I'd rather it was downloaded with incremental updates to it.
