Yes. Thank you. It works now.
It can be previewed from DVDFab preview window. But not have luck to run on PowerDVD 12.

I also ripped it two times with checking '啟用僅有3D效果之Blu-ray光碟可以在2D顯示器上播放' on and off. Both the result is the same. PoweDVD 12 runs it with a black screen. Why is it?
