bluray to hard drive

i want to transfer my bluray disc collection to hd - what is the difference between bluray copy to folder, copy to iso or miniso, or rip to mkv in terms of picture and sound quality and hd space? Thanks!

Go with mkv you will save alot of space and get real good quality
