I have v8.2.2.0. I have bd-r 25gb and when I copied main movie it brought it down to 78%. I have a 55in LED Samsung tv and I am wondering if I will notice the quality loss or should I spent the large amount for BD-R 50gb?

Try the 25Gb copy and the original and see if you are happy with the results.
