While 9.0.1.1 won't let you clone a 3D BD I tried some things with 8.2.2.2 Qt again. Clone copy the 2D worked perfectly (Power DVD 11 latest patch) but the 3D one does only the put your 3d glasses on and make sure your player is kept up to date white text on green background screens. Pressing next chapter did nothing one time but another time I managed to get it to progress to menu.
The menu showed up but no video was playing in the background, just some sound for ~ 9 seconds. Pressing play starts the movie with no video changing, just some audio, pressing chapter shows a frame in 3D only and then audio again for a while.
Is it just my software player?
