Failed to create Directory

MIB3 and Hope Springs same error: "Failed to create Directory" and will not open. Cannot proceed with copy.
Anybody having same issue?

Hi , I have just backed up MIB3 using FULL DISC mode with version
8.2.1.5 no problem what so ever (UK)
