when I go to burn a blu-ray it keeps searching for the blank media, which I have been using right along, it keeps showing the blue scale searching. any ideas, I tried another program and the drive does work. Thanks

Please keep the blank media clean and try again.

tried a few, and did wipe them down, strange never had a problem with the media, I am trying out the Blu-Ray Copy Trial version, would that make a difference?

It would make a difference if the trial expired.
Please post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
