external audio for bd3d main movie copy

LOL, now dvdfab no longer necessary for this job... TsMuxer 2.0.6 beta work very well !

I waited a long time and I used complicated software to BD3D reauthoring like scenarist etc... but i love dvdfab, so.....

....please take a cue from this guy and add to dvdfab this option in order to make it more complete! thanks : D
