I've copied several Blurays successfully over the past year but now with version 9 I'm having troubles getting a copy that will burn properly. When the ripping finished is the file format to end up as a m2ts file in the temp folder? I've not been able to see the movie in the folder when I go to burn. What am I not doing or doing wrong? many thanks.

I've tried again to rip and after starting the rip, I went out and came back about 4 hours later and there was no file to be found. Is there a time limit on the temp file? Is it necessary to start the burn shortly after the rip? Newbie puzzled. -
