is there a way to merge chapters

So let's say I have a tv series and want to rip all of the chapters into one file as opposed to one file. Is there a way to do it? For instance, I want to rip all of SpongeBob Season 6 to Xbox format so my daughter can turn it on and not have to pick a new file every 10 minutes. When I look at the chapters I can select all of the individual episodes, but can't figure out how to get them to rip into one file.

Because it won't do it.

Use a muxing/joining tool to do it after the enconing.

I use AVIDemux but there are heaps of tools around.
