    Anyone copied SENNA?

Have backed up dozens of my Blu-Rays (main movie only) over the years with different versions of DVDFab but Senna has beaten me. With my usual settings things grind to a halt at 3.64%. Disabling GPU gets a bit further but still not a complete file. Any ideas? This is the log of last attempt which I cancelled after nothing happened for 44 mins!:

Thanks for the heads up jonatan. I have updated 8QT and done two copies, one BD50 and one BD9. Both completed but both produced 67 separate m2ts files instead on one long file as I would normally expect. The numerical order of the files doesn't appear to be in the viewing order, and I can't seem to find the end of the movie, although without watching every file I am not too sure! The disc has a theatrical & extended versions on it, is it this that is causing the problems? And how do I stitch the files together correctly?

What are you using to play back files think you may be talking about multi branching try playing it threw dvdfab media player

I can usually play the resulting m2ts file in WMP or VLC no problem and also on my WDLive streamer and PS3. As I said I do not understand why the stream folder contains 67 chunks of the movie instead of 1 file like normal.

Just installed DVDFab media player and it plays my BD9 copy ok so all the movie must be there so thanks for that. I still need one complete m2ts though like my other back-ups.

If you rip it to mkv it will be one file and will play on vlc and wdtv live but for wmp you will need to d/l mkv codec and for ps3 get rid of it no sypport for sony here
Hope it helps gregie boy would have more experience in this i only use mkv so multi branching is not a problem ether is cinavia

                Have you tried M2TS passthrough?
I generally use mkv.h264 audiocopy for BDs with outstanding results, but every so often I run across a BD where it stumbles.

M2TS will "stitch" the multiple streams together
My AIOS will play these no problem....probably the same for WD.
Media players have come a long way in the past 2-3 years.

You can also compress in this profile if you're so inclined
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

OK folks. I don't know too much about MKV or codecs, I just use DVDFab copy with it's default settings and whatever comes out usually works fine for me! I am thinking that the m2ts passthrough is an option available with RIPPER and not COPY? I cannot see where this setting is as I only have Blu-Ray Copy at the mo.

The title is broken into chunks as you put it because that is how it is authored. To male it into one file, you need to use the Ripper module.

Success! I have used ripper with m2ts passthrough to produce one file. Thanks to one amd all for the help

I am wondering why are some discs authored with the movie split up like this...is it just to make backup more difficult?

You'd have to ask the studios that but for some titles there is a valid reason such as branching.
