I've tried several times to copy this film but after ripping, the DVD Fab main movie folder contains the original files .m2ts, etc in the original subfolders. When I go to burn the burn settings are looking for an .iso file and nothing will load properly. I'm missing something somewhere and I can't figure out what even after several times with the tutorials. Help please! Thanks.

I'm in "Copy BluRay\Burn" right? My source is the DVDFAB\BDMV? I can't get that to show in the "open" command space. Sorry I'm dense I guess.

I'm in "Copy BluRay" and "Burn" and when I select the folder with BDMV in it there is no "Certificate" folder or mention and I get the following message:
Unable to open ".....DVDFab\Main Movie\film\BDMV" "Please check if it's playable"
The folders in my BDMV folder are the same as in the film: Backup, Clipinf, Meta, Playlist, Stream.
So there is no Certificate folder and I must be ripping incorrectly, right?

in order to burn a properly structured BD-R for playback in a Bluray player you have to have a "BDMV" and "Certificate" folder. The Certificate is next to BDMV, not inside it!
There is an option in fab settings to create both a bdmv and certifcate. Bluray tab, Bluray Copy, "Create software player friendly AVCHD folder structure (with certificate folder)"
....if you copy as an ISO this would be a non issue as the ISO would contain the proper folders anyway.

Mendopaul,
You should d/l ver. 8085 and go back to the old versions. Iwould stay away fro m the ver 9. as much as possible.
I have ver 8085 and also 8226 versions. I use the 8226 for newer movies that aren't decrypted as of yet, but always start out using 8085 first. 8085 is the last version that was not a QT, and it has worked on the majority of my copies without any issues...."Are you still master of your domain?"

New rip but still no certificate folder!
Hi Crackinhedz, thanks for comment. I checked my common settings and the "AVCHD Folder Structure (with certificate folder) is checked and has been all along. I've just ripped again and still get all the same folders under BDMV that are on the BluRay disk........and no certificate folder. I'm buffaloed.

Hi DCC1048. Thanks for that advice. Let me try and resolve this very weird issue first and then I'll try your advice to go back and try an older version. I'm using the latest version 9+ and it is very clean and nice to use but if it doesn't work then what good does it do, right? Thanks again.

Finally Success........but not with "Main Movie"
I've come to the conclusion that the Main Movie option in my version 9+ doesn't work...at least for me. I just switched to Full Disk and it worked perfectly and quickly with a high quality copy. What a problem. Several other little glitches are present such as the drive won't auto open even though it's set to and apparently the mini-iso feature didn't work right but hey, I'm so releived to have that over with I'm not griping.

This only for bd5 & bd9.
Glad see it work fine.
About what you said "main movie" option issue, we'll try to repro and fixed it. Thanks for your support.Last edited by geilee; 01-08-2013, 02:28 AM.
