Recently I downloaded DvdFab 9.0.1.6 and was able to back up 2 movies successfully, then I updated to DvdFab 9.0.2.0 and now I cannot get the program to work properly. I even tried to back-up a movie I was successful backin up with 9.0.1.6 but I keep geting a read error. First I thought it was the drive but, I was able to read the disc successfully with another program so I eliminated the drive as being the problem. I am hoping it is something as simple as a setting change, I am going to include the log, any advise that can help me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Most read errors are caused by dirty or scratched disks or dirt on the laser lens clean the disk really well even if it doesn't look dirty and make sure their are no fingerprints on the disk and try again.

Or a new copy protection schema so it is useful to indicate what title you are working with.

          Hi threebzzz
Please update to the newest version found here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=20533 or even try the latest version of 8 here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=20181
If still having problems post the internal log for these versions.
Clean the disc as glenns suggested.
