BD50 to BD25 super slow issue

My PC has the following spec.
    Core 2 Quad 8400 2.66Ghz, 4G Ram
    Sapphire HD5550 1GDDR2 (i.e. ATI RadeonHD 5550)
    Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
    DVDFab Blu-ray Copy 8

    The settings are.
    A/V Codec:
    Disable all GPU
    Video H.264 : CUDA
    VC1: CUDA
    MPEG2: software
    H.264: software
    Enable lightning -REcording when applicable
Disable Turbo CPU" for maximum cpu usuage

After I upgraded to display card driver recently, the usage of cpu will be 90~100% when it was doing BD50 to BD25. The speed was around 0.x to 1.x MB/s. Then the PC shutdown automatically.

Then I disable Disable Turbo CPU" for maximum cpu usuage. The cpu won't be over 90% again. The speed was still around 0.x to 1.x MB/s. It needed more than 12 hours. Then I gave up.

What happen? It will be around 4 hours before.
Then I rollback the display card driver or use the latest version dvdfab 9. The results are same in slow speed.
Can't accetable. Please kindly help. Many thanks.

    Hi Pleox
If you have Disable all GPU then your settings should look like this:
    Video H.264 : Software
    VC1: Software
    MPEG2: Software
    H.264: Software
    Enable Lightning
    -Recoding when applicable
Enable Turbo CPU" for maximum CPU usage
    Hope this helps

With 4GB's of ram you need Windows 64 bit, 32 bit will only use 3GB's of ram.

I would put the old video card back in and revert back to your old configuration and try again.

The new video card may or may not be an issue.

            Hi martythebrit,

I just resinstalled whole PC with Windows 8 64-bit OS successfully. Then installed dvdfab 9 first and tried BD50 to BD25 again. The speed was still slow too. Only 0.x or 1.x MB /s. Very disappointed.

Any suggestions...Waiting for your all reply....

Problem fixed after re-plug the CPU's heatsink.
