    I get a error message the says check to see if disc is playable
    see the attachment i am running windows 7

    Clean the disk even if it looks clean don't get fingerprints on it.Try again.

      i have and it plays fine in my two lg 830 players

        I'm not sure what the problem may be but, playing a disc and copying a disc is like comparing apples to oranges.
