PS3 Playback Issue

I have a PS3 with FW 4.31. I made a backup of Finding Nemo 3D the first time by doing full disc. The original disc read fine, but about half way through the write process I got an I/O error. The second attempt, I did a clone copy and saved it to an ISO file on my desktop, then burned the ISO image successfully with ImgBurn on a 50Gb disc. When I load it into my PS3, it makes a sound like it is ejecting but never does. It does not show my BD at all. I tried putting the 3D backup into a regular BD player and it says it is not a 3D player. My question is, is there a problem with my FW on my PS3 that is not allowing it to playback, or is it the way I backed up the disc? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please post the internal log of Blu-ray Copy full disc about the I/O error firstly.
For your second issue, please make sure your PS3 FW 4.31 whether supporting playing 3D disc or not by playing the physical disc. Or gicve a try playing the burnned 3D disc on other 3D player.
