I am in the US. I have tried to copy Ice Age 4 from original to BD25 using both DVDFab 8qt and DVDFab 9. Nothing works!!! I have attempted the copy multiple times. On DVDFab 9, I have selected different "Regions" and that has had no effect.

Try making a Fab iso to hard drive first by opening fab verision 9 blu-ray copy select burn put the store brought disk in the computer drive and make a 50 gig clone (ISO) to hard drive.

When done this file will be in fabs files get it load it in Fabs virtual drive then open fab bluray copy the movie goes into Fab by itself in a few seconds then reduce it to 25 gigs from their. This is the proper way to make a 3d copy.

Did you try putting the iso into virtual drive first then try to make the 25 gig disk? See if this works.I have this disk and had no trouble with it is yours a USA version?

Did you have fab burner selected in software settings before you tried making the ISO to your hard drive as copying a disk to your hard drive uses a burn engine to copy the disk to drive. Also make sure the disk is clean with no fingerprints on it clean it with a lint free cloth even if it looks clean then try again. Is this disk a USA version or not?

Can a member Fabs development team help this person here please ..........

                              Hi Nico83500,
Do not have the FR (or European) version, only US version here, which has single angle and does not repro your issue.
Please tell us where did you bought this disc or give us a link for purchasing.
What's more, how about using BD copy full disc?
                              Thanks.
