3D Copy blu ray copy running screen view vanished

hi
reducing blu ray 3d from 50 to 25 and the screen showing what happening and how long left etc disappeared,
checked system information and dvdfab.exe still on there using most of cpu...
how do i get screen back, has anyone come acroos this or had fab crashed or something...
help the fox

I have had the preview screen go blank if you minimize the program and then come back to it then the preview screen is blank all you need to do is switch the tabs to another choice then switch back to preview and it works again a small bug i think.I never had the time left screen go blank if Fab doesn't work for some reason you get a failed message and deep bass tone if speakers are on.

I think you means that Fab freezes when doing BD copy. Please post the whole internal log for trouble shooting. Thanks!

It came to us in the past work. Overwrite installation is the reason. Please uninstall DVDfab clearly,do a deep clearn and re-install the latest version, which will fix your issue.
