I am new to this. Trying to burn blu-ray and failed. The only error I received was "failed to burn DVD" Is there any way to find out why the burn failed, the program just asked if you want to burn again. I am using a new LG blu-ray burner the disk completed 60.21% of the burn cycle. 16.93MB I found a note of error=116 but I still cannot find out why
