    Pearl Harbor

Got the Ignore/Retry/Ignore All error message when Trying to copy as a backup.

First time ever on version 9 and then tried version 8228. Same issue.

Don't ask for a log as none has been created.

Great issue, as the movie has been out for like 4 years...

Movie plays fine on free standing Blu-Ray player.

The idea behind paying for the software, is that it copies/backups. No excuses, since this is a movie that has been out for years.....

Obviously I am not a happy camper, to put it lightly.

    Hi dcc1048
It's strange that no log was generated.
Just because you can play a movie doesn't mean you can copy it, they are two totally different processes.

If these are read errors I suggest you clean the disc no matter how it looks.

You can check the disc if it is bad.

Play the movie in a soft player like windows media player or whatever player you have, as the movie itself is playing pause it but do not exit out of it.

Now start VSO Inspector and run a scan of the disc, if you have any errors then you have a bad disc.

    Hope this helps
