Can't Open

I cannot open Ice Age. It loads and plays ok on my stand alone player. Other blu-rays open without a problem on my burner. Can anyone help?

Which version of your disc? It's OK for US version here.

There is no internet log since I wasn't able to open the disk in the first place

Dick6133:where did you buy the disk this is a international forum? is it a UK disk or brought in the US?.

Look in fabs files for a log called (internal) cut and past to this forum the log for the disk your trying to open.Their should be a log showing something even a failed attempt.

Below is the internal log for one of my early attempts. I bought it at Amazon. I tried to open using each of the three regional options. It wouldn't open for any of them. Maybe there's something wrong with the disc?

Yes something is wrong with the disc "1m 13.51s: read error: 0 104220968 803798712 7352198 7352198" try cleaning it with window cleaner and a lint free cloth even if it looks clean a laser sees better than you.
