      Hmmm can you tell me more about that?
      I don't know what are you talking about

        It should already be installed, or on the driver CD that came with the laptop, or.... available from the laptop manufacturers website. You need this because you have an additional video card and you're not just using the HD 4000 graphics.

        The latest versions are here;

            Keep in mind 8855A that I was doing a PSP file, 480x272 fairly small frame resolution at the time. I was trying to help a member and noticed the FPS and captured the screen. While Quick Sync is the fastest thing I've ever used it is not as fast as the screen shot most of the time on larger frame resolutions.

              I don't know if it's already installed (how do I see that?), I can't find in the cd-roms with the drivers anything called like that and also, when I tried to install it from the website, it showed me an error that I don't use a desktop pc...

                  I would download it from the link I gave you, install it and see what happens. Worst case scenario it will be a trial version.

                    I tried it, but it says "Desktop" version.
                    When I tried to install it, it showed me an error that I don't have a desktop...

                    And I don't find any laptop versions
