    Blu-Ray Copy Disc Life Expectancy?

I'm considering getting into dvdFab to make archive copies of my BR discs. Is there any reliable data that comments on BR copy disc life expectancy?

    Thank you!

Get a media player Use Fab to make backups then put them on hard drives for storage then you don't need to worry about disks at all.You will have all movies in 1 place and the whole system is portable.

When 4k movies come out mainstream you can still use your hard drive to record them.Disks get lost, broken, stolen, scratched and expensive plus the storage area is large you need to buy sleeves for them or plastic boxes wear and tear on your burner then you got to hunt through them to find the one you want very old school.Media players rock some even do 3d well.

What do you do with your originals when you back up to hard drive? These also take up a lot of space.

I haven't had a single one fail yet . . been a couple of years, so far . . . using mostly Ritek 4x BD-R inkjet printable media.

I seem to recall reading about data rot happening on SD DVD copies, I am curious to know if this is any more or less of an issue with BR copies?
