3D Copy Can't copy Transformers 3 3D Blu-ray

Hi, I've tried several times to make a direct copy of the disk using both version 8 and 9 on the PC, and i've also tried on the trial Mac version and it never seems to get past the same 19% point. Anyone else have this problem?

You're receiving read errors, please clean the disc no matter how it looks with Windex and a soft lint free cloth and try again.
