For some reason my registered version is not reading my original store bought blu-rays anymore. Does anyone know why?

It will not read a blu-ray. It says insert blu-ray.

I have the registered versions for 2yrs ending in 2015. I'm using only store bought originals. Once work well, and now will not. Sorry for dbl posts.

Yes, go to the members site and create an account using the email address you used when you purchased DVDFab and choose a password, this is not your forum password so it need not be the same. When you run version 9 the first time it will ask you to register, use the email and password to register.
