    Blu Ray Audio Formats

    When copying a Blu Ray To Main Movie what audio formats should I keep and what audio formats Can I Keep out.
    On some movies there is two choices in English for AC-3/2 Really confused on this one.

    English DTS-HD
    English AC-3/2
    English AC-3/2
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.

    When you see two times the same entry, one of those two are director's comment.

    DTS-HD is a more quality audio than AC-3.

      Thanks for replying so quick. One more question. I am going to do a blu ray main movie using BD 5 compression Is it better to keep hd audio or not.

        AC-3 is also a good audio and as you are already compressing the video so much, AC-3 is enough.

                Always go for Dts-HD MA or TrueHD or Uncompressed PCM, which 99% of the time will be in 5.1 or 7.1

                If you don't have a system to play back Lossless audio, just strip it down ("Remove HD Audio")...at least it will be 5.1 or 7.1
