Cant burn Blu ray. Help

Have recently installed lg blu ray burner, i set dvd fab to blu ray , as soon as i put in the disc to be copied it goes back to dvd 5/ dvd 9, what am i doing wrong?? please help me. Thanks Ken

This may seem trite, but are you putting in a blu-ray disc to be copied? If you are putting in a regular disc DVDFab jumps over to DVD to DVD mode.
