Good day to die hard troubles

I started this post to say it wasn't working, just kept scanning for 12 minutes but it finally came up. (normally only take 30 seconds to scan)

Restarted the machine a couple times and it played with powerDVD program.

The disk is brand new with no finger prints.

Might be something to look into

Had no problem with R1 disk , was using 9.0.4.0 at the time, copied to HDD & played perfectly .... subsequent mkv movie file was fine also jak
