Problem with The Blair Witch Project

Couldn't find anything on past forum posts, but I'm not able to back-up my new Blu-Ray "The Blair Witch Project" disc. I used the previous DVD Fab version 9.0.4.2. and the new 9.0.4.5. but still won't work. It gets to 38% then it stops. I tried the main movie and it stops around 45%. I figured being that it's a movie that was released in 2010 on Blu-Ray it wouldn't be a problem. Here is the log (hope I'm doing this correctly):

You have several read errors in the log. Try cleaning with window cleaner and lint free cloth, check for finger prints, scratches and such. Even if it is brand new. Failing that swap it for another.

I've had way more problems with older Blu-ray discs than the new releases. I just put it down to the Blu-ray manufacturing process evolving and become more reliable.
