v.9.0.4.7 Blu ray Side Effects

I am having trouble with backing up the Blue ray "Side Effects" it crashes just after "analyzing completed" and copy process started. it shows 0% output and just hangs, sometimes giving me blue screen of death.

task_1 failed! Error=1010(graph control_filter_error:filter name(50504),type(128)id(23), get std_exception(bad allocation))

Any ideas?

You can set software as codecs and try again.

Tried the setting it to software and it did make it a little further but still crashed.
