You got a read error 15 mins into the process normally caused by dirty or scratched disks if this happens when putting the disk on the hard drive clean the disk and make sure their are no deep scratches as they cause read errors then make another copy to hard drive.

If this happens during the burn make sure in fab settings that the recommended burn speed is used or 1/2 disk rated speed.The blank is clean and free of scratches and fingerprints and the brand of disk was used by your burner and made good copy's before as cheap disks cause read errors also.

Also once on hard drive use blu ray copy/ burn / as this disk didn't require compression and will fit on a 25 gig blank.
